• Profile information consisting of certain demographic information and information about your wellness habits is necessary to customize our Services for you and improve results. Profile information is provided by the user either by inputting data into a Service, filling out question forms or speaking with us.

• Device information consists of data collected by your Biocadence wristband to estimate a variety of metrics related to your body’s inner clock and circadian rhythm profile. We collect both raw data received from your device as well as processed data which has been run through our algorithms.

• Usage information consisting of information about your interaction with the Services, for example, how you use various features of the Services. We also collect data about the devices and computers you use to access the Services, including IP addresses, browser type, language, operating system, Biocadence or mobile device information (including device and application identifiers), the referring web page, pages visited, location (depending on the permissions you have granted us), and cookie information.

  
  

To the extent that any of the information we collect is health data or another special category of personal data subject to the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”), we ask for your explicit consent to process the data. We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

• To provide and maintain the Services. Using the information we collect, we are able to deliver the Services. For example, we need to use your information to provide you with your wellness assessments and coaching advice.

• To improve the Services. Using the information we collect, we continuously test our algorithms to make sure they are as accurate as possible, our coaching advice to make sure it is as effective as possible, our user experience to make sure it as user-friendly as possible, as well as other aspects of the Services.

• To communicate with you. Using the information we collect, we send you Service notifications when needed and respond when you contact us.

• We do not share your personal information with any third parties except when the disclosure of such information is required to comply with the law or to prevent harm.

• We may share non-personal information that is aggregated or de-identified so that it cannot reasonably be used to identify an individual. We may disclose such information publicly and to third parties, for example, in public reports about circadian rhythms or wellness, to partners under agreement with us, or as part of the Services.

Users have access to their privacy policy, at any time our users or testers may change the permissions you have granted data through our applications and other communications we provide in provision of the Services.

Data Retention

We keep your account information, like your name, email address, and password, for as long as your account is in existence because we need it to operate your account. We keep information, like your profile and device information, as long as you permit us to retain it because we use this data to provide the Services. We also keep information about you and your use of the Services for as long as necessary for our legitimate business interests, for legal reasons, and to prevent harm.
